Hey there. This is my motivational blog. I do not have an eating disorder. I don't have any issues with food. My method of weight loss is rather unconventional. I do not exhibit any symptoms of an eating disorder. I love recieving messages, so feel free to send me something. This is not my main blog, so you'll recieve a response from 19alenak. : Do you realise how much your diet and activity levels increase your mood.  

If you sit around in bed all day or on the couch your metabolism slows down and so does your energy levels. When you fill your body with bad food and sugar you get this low quality level of energy. It really does not take much effort. A quick walk, bike ride, bit of gardening or even head down to the beach for and hour can truly work wonders. Drink water all day, it cleanses your body of toxins. You get the benefits of better skin, more energy, feel better, look great and lose weight/body change. Everyday you wake up with this amazing amount of energy to go out into the world and do these wonderful things you have been looking forward to. So next time you feel like being lazy. Go for a walk, eat a quick healthy snack and see how much better you do feel.
